All participating dental providers must meet the highest standards, including education, training and certificates and licenses to practice. Provider credentials are reviewed again on a regularly scheduled basis.

When visiting a participating dental office, present your membership card prior to treatment to be assured that the proper discount is applied. Provider lists and fees may change at any time.
